What you might do
- Build stone structures such as piers, walls, and abutments

AI & the future of this role
Stonemasonry requires fine motor skills, artistic judgment, and adaptability to irregular materials—tasks where AI/robots still struggle. However, prefabrication and robotic carving could automate some repetitive elements.
